We carry out an engine diagnostics check before and after each remap to ensure there are no engine faults.  From this point we can advise if anything is wrong with your engine prior to remapping.  Although remapping does not cause components to fail it can exasperate any pre-existing problems.  These problems would also fail should you not decide to go ahead with the remap.  We will then advise your best course of action.  JAYtecnik will also provide you with a printout of your diagnostics check results.

  2. We offer a mobile service throughout the whole Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire regions.  We are even prepared to travel further for group bookings or a small fuel surcharge.

  3. You can also drop your vehicle off at our site if you require.  If you are only local, we will then drop you off back at home or at the shops etc...  Our garage site is located between Swinton and Mexborough in South Yorkshire.

  4. We carry out a vehicle test drive after each remap.  Don't worry we have the required insurance for this.  Or if you prefer you can drive and we'll ride shotgun.

  5. We use the latest software and hardware in order to assure the customer receives a quality service.  All of our software is based on dyno developments which are also carried out in-house, we never provide generic software which is untested, it is always of the highest standard.

  9. In many cases we can also use a special processes of reading and writing the ECU data, so there is no flash counter added to the ecu and this means that most diagnostic reading tools can not tell it has ever been tuned.

  10. Remaps and chip changes have a 4 year warranty on the software corruption ONLY.  If the software gets corrupted we will replace the software for free.  We DONT give warranty on your engine or related parts.

  11. If you are not completely satisfied with the results we will immediately return your engine back to standard.
